Giveaway Official Rules

These Official Rules (the "Rules") govern the [Giveaway Name] (the "Giveaway"). The Giveaway is a sweepstakes in which the winner is chosen by random drawing. By submitting an entry, each participant ("you") accepts and agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Please read these Rules carefully before entering.

1. SPONSOR

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Elite Wheel and Tire LLC (the "Sponsor"), 9840 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77037, (281) 900-4089.

2. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway opens at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on [Start Date] and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on [End Date] (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted. The Sponsor's records serve as the official timekeeper for all entries.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the United States and are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older. The owners, members, and employees of Elite Wheel and Tire LLC, along with their immediate family members and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO EARN ENTRIES

You may earn entries through any of the methods below. Entry counts are based on the subtotal of qualifying items only and do not include shipping, taxes, or any discounts or promo codes applied at checkout. Purchase-based entries are compiled automatically into the final entrant pool, with no additional step required from you.

Online Orders

• Order qualifying merchandise from our online store at elitewheeltire.com and receive one (1) entry for every $1 of qualifying merchandise purchased.
• Qualifying merchandise includes: [list eligible product categories].
• The following items do not qualify for entries: [list ineligible product categories, if any].

In-Store & Event Purchases

• Qualifying merchandise purchased in person at our location (9840 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77037), or at any event or pop-up where the Sponsor is selling merchandise, also earns one (1) entry per $1 spent.
• For in-person purchases, you are responsible for confirming that your contact details and purchase amount are recorded accurately at the time of sale. The Sponsor reviews and totals qualifying purchases at the close of the Entry Period.

Bonus Entry Periods & Promotional Items

• The Sponsor may release limited promotional items during the Giveaway. Such items may carry their own entry value, which will be stated at the time of release.

5. FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE REQUIRED)

You may enter without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten letter that includes all of the following:

• Your full name
• Complete mailing address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• On the same sheet of paper, a handwritten note of at least two (2) complete sentences describing how you discovered Elite Wheel and Tire LLC and our giveaways, plus any suggestions you have for our products or content. Your entry must be legible and reflect genuine effort. Letters containing offensive or hateful content will be disqualified.

Mail your letter in a standard envelope to:

• Each valid letter is worth [number, e.g. twenty-five (25)] entries.
• Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person for the duration of the Giveaway. Any additional letters from the same person will be disregarded.
• Letters must be postmarked on or before the close of the Entry Period and received before the drawing date to be counted.
• All mail-in entries are reviewed by hand, and any letter that does not meet every requirement above may be rejected without notice.

6. DRAWING, ODDS & WINNER SELECTION

After the Entry Period closes, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted live using a publicly accessible randomizer tool to keep the process transparent, and the date and time of the live drawing will be announced in advance on the Sponsor's social media channels. Your odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. GRAND PRIZE

The Grand Prize is: [Prize Description, e.g. Vehicle Year / Make / Model].

In place of the advertised prize, the winner may instead elect to receive a cash payment of $[Cash Amount]. A winner who chooses the cash option gives up any claim to the advertised Grand Prize. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The stated value of the Grand Prize is an estimate of fair market value as of the date the Giveaway was announced and is not a guarantee of final value.

8. TAXES & OTHER COSTS

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize — including, without limitation, income tax on a cash award, title transfer taxes, registration fees, and insurance — are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the prize.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE CLAIM

The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing, using the contact details provided with the winning entry. To claim the prize, the winner must confirm their entry and provide proof of identity. If the Sponsor is unable to reach the potential winner, or if the potential winner does not respond or fails to meet these requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Elite Wheel and Tire LLC and its owners, members, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of your participation in the Giveaway or your acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who, in the Sponsor's sole judgment, tampers with the entry process, interferes with the operation of the Giveaway, or otherwise violates these Rules.

11. PRIVACY

Any personal information you provide in connection with the Giveaway — such as your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address — is collected by Elite Wheel and Tire LLC and used only to administer the Giveaway, verify and contact the winner, and award the prize. The Sponsor will not sell this information or share it with unrelated third parties, except as necessary to run the Giveaway or as required by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Rules are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Giveaway will be resolved on an individual basis, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the appropriate state or federal court located in Texas.

13. CHANGES TO THE GIVEAWAY

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or adjust any aspect of these Rules — including entry methods and date ranges — without prior notice, provided that any such change does not reduce the nature or guaranteed value of the Grand Prize as described above.

14. NO ASSOCIATION WITH SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform or third party.
